Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. An empty property lets us clean inside cupboards, behind appliances and along every skirting board. If some furniture has to stay, that's fine — just tell us.
How long does it take?
A one-bedroom flat typically takes a few hours with a team of two; larger properties take longer. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Can you do it at short notice?
